About Me
I graduated in 2014 from the Florida School of Massage in Gainesville, where I learned a holistic approach and the importance of body awareness. Self-care is the first thing I learned at the massage school. I encourage and offer resources for my clients to self-care at home between sessions.

I see clients with myofascial problems caused by medical conditions such as: Diabetes, Cancer, MS, ALS, Lung diseases, Parkinson's, Cushing syndrome, Fibromyalgia, Lupus, Scoliosis, RA, Central Sensitization, etc. I do not treat clients with the same medical condition in the same way as I am aware that each client has totally different symptoms and needs.
My biggest interest is the neuroscience of pain. It is fascinating to learn how intricate and resilient our body is, and there is so much that we don't yet know about our body. I took a workshop of DermoNeuroModulation (DNM) in Canada in 2018, which opened my eyes to focus more on the nervous system than the soft tissues.
Since I started practicing and taught Tai Chi, I have focused more on "mindfulness" for pain management. I integrate mindfulness into my sessions to help my clients appreciate and experience the present moment to relax deeply and reduce pain. It also helps your mental wellness especially anxiety. Please read my blog.
The more I helped clients, the clearer it became that the body cannot be healed without a healthy mind. Pain and anxiety/depression always go hand in hand and create a vicious cycle. When I find that clients go through a difficult time or had traumas, I recommend they seek help from licensed professional counselors as well as practicing mindful exercises.
I became a Reiki practitioner in 2024 hoping to help more clients who are hypersensitive to touch or a massage.

During my free time, I enjoy photography to find the beauty in nature.
