Ball Massage for the Back

I talked about self-care and self-massage in the past. You massage yourself with a ball against the wall. I've seen a lot of videos using a tennis ball on the floor, but it's hard to do it, and actually it could get your body more tired or even worse.
Here is how you do it.
1) Get any ball. My favorite is a blue racquet ball. It's a little smaller and firmer than a tennis ball, and it has a grip.
2) Put a ball between you and a wall. If you want to massage your upper back, it's a good idea to put a ball in a long sock and hang it over the shoulder.

3) Lean against the wall. Move your body up and down, side to side. For your upper back, move your arm up and down and rotate without moving your body. The ball will move underneath and massage the area normally covered by the shoulder blade, and it will feel good.
That's it! It's easy peasy!
